Good or Bad? Let me explain
The staff are truly exceptional and willing to help with anything. My children adored the lovely gardens and the personal touch offered by the friendly owner. It was a wonderful atmosphere for family relaxation! !
Traffic noise was a significant issue at night. it disrupted sleep quality and detracted from the overall experience. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear, which affected the overall comfort.

Had a cozy stay in a charming, old-fashioned room with a super comfy bed and a nice jacuzzi bath! The staff were really friendly, and breakfast had some good options. Just a bit noisy at night due to traffic, but overall, a sweet little spot.

The breakfast was a delight, especially the fresh orange juice! Enjoyed a lovely dining area, and we opted for dinner in the hotel, a fantastic option after a long day of exploring. Don't forget to check out the garden surroundings. they really add charm!
A cheeky note on customer service—staff seemed a bit lacklustre when we got locked out. Plus, the hot water ran out halfway through my bath. Still, the overall vibe shone through!

We had a fantastic stay with our family, particularly enjoying the cozy gardens and private porch where we could unwind. The kids loved visiting nearby Sandringham estate, which added to our adventure. The friendly staff made my fiancée and me feel truly welcome.
My wife says that the dining options took a bit too long for families.

Cozy and Comfy Stay!
Great time here! The room was super clean & comfy. It had a nice little garden outside. The food was delicious, especially at the bar where we had some yummy snacks. Only thing was the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Just a lovely cozy vibe overall!

This place suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and a children's menu create a cozy atmosphere. The staff helped me with bug spray during my first stay, making me feel welcomed and cared for. For anyone visiting, I suggest trying the comfortable beds! I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.
